Hi, my name is Dr. Grace Lee. I am delighted to introduce myself and my practice, Karis Orthodontics!
I am a board-certified orthodontist and the proud owner of this new specialty practice. My journey in dentistry began in Paris, France, where I earned my DDS degree and practiced as a general dentist for four years. Seeking to further specialize, I moved to the U.S. to complete my residency in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Pennsylvania.
Afterward, my husband and I chose to plant our roots in the DFW area, where we bought our first home and welcomed our first child. After having practiced at both a corporate office and a private practice, I felt called to open my own practice to gain autonomy in how I wanted to treat my patients and my staff.
I chose the name “Karis” as it means grace in Greek, but also favor and loving-kindness. In the Bible, it represents God’s grace, which is the very foundation of my practice and my life.
With a passion for creating beautiful, healthy smiles, we at Karis Orthodontics want to provide outstanding, patient-centered care to our community. Our mission goes beyond just straightening teeth.
